Best Strawberry U-Pick in Puget Sound

Finally! We’ve been waiting all spring for those ripe, juicy berries. With an extra wet season and not a lot of sunshine, the strawberries are finally ready for picking. Here are some of our favorite spots.

The 2012 price per pound for Strawberries year is $1.50, and there is no admission fee to the U-Pick fields. Remlinger is happy to provide baskets, portable toilets and free parking. The Strawberry U-Pick fields will be open starting Tuesday, June 19 from 9:00am – 3:00pm. Keep your fingers crossed for warm sunny weather to help ripen the fields! Pick your own berries at Barbie’s U-pick farm in Ferndale! Strawberry harvest starts in June and runs through mid-July. Late harvest starts end of July, beginning of August and runs through to Labor Day Weekend.

Strawberries: U-Pick $1.75/lb. or $14/6 box flat. Also 15lb. containers of sliced and sugared strawberries ready to eat and freeze for $38.00/each. On Saturday and Sunday, July 21 and 22, come join in the Jam Tasting Party! Exclusive to those that bring their homemade jam for tasting. Bring a strawberry-raspberry mixed jam, or either strawberry or raspberry in the ingredients with other fruit. Guests that bring jam will receive a FREE flat of strawberries or raspberries to take home!
